Upon project completion, ownership of the content created is transferred to you. I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio.
I provide warranties for Technical Issues.
Monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions can be paid using Stripe. Hosting and maintenance charges can be conveniently paid through my website.
In the event that you cancel services after making full payment, I will refund the full amount you paid, excluding the value of the work already completed by me. Additionally, if you cancel my hosting plan, I will return the website files to you. If you prefer me to host the website, additional charges will apply.
I strive to resolve disputes professionally. If necessary, arbitration or legal action may be pursued.

If you have selected our monthly hosting plan, it is important to note that non-payment of the hosting fee will result in the termination of your server. As a consequence, your website will be taken down. To ensure uninterrupted hosting services, please make sure to fulfill the monthly hosting payments as agreed upon.
